Twisty lens on the 5D2
by AFS on Dec.16, 2008, under cameras
Tried the 45mm tilt/shift lens on the 5D2 yesterday for a few snapshots. It is surprisingly easy
to (manually) focus. I guess this is due to the good job they have done
with the viewfinder in this camera. However, I do look forward to
getting the Precision Focusing screen when it is available.

well done, wish my preorder 5d2 would get here! Need to try a T/S someday too.

The t/s is really fun. It can make a pretty mundane subject look much more interesting. I will probably get the 90mm version too.

Are you going to try it for a fashion shoot ? It is pretty cool, but still hard though to limit the idea to let people think it came out of photoshop
I did a serie with a 45 TS, I think the effect is cool
